java: Address several TODOs related to blessings The changes are the following: - the sSelfAndCloud is not a function to allow the blessings to change - the getPersonalBlessingString now calls UserBlessingFromContext() instead of using '...'. - the database() now calls AppBlessingFromContext() instead of using '...'.
