discovery/plugins/ble: Add more information to DebugString. While trying to debug why sometimes BLE advertising doesn't seem to be picked up by a peer device, some of this was helpful in ruling out theories. Change-Id: I27995a8c3ebc2affb16d41f424e50283c9ede045
