mojo/shared: Switching the Go library used for Android built to use the version Java profile brings down. That version is poining to a version of Go that has text-relocation issues fixed. This is needed since Android M has made text-relocation from a warning to an error. Change-Id: Iab7edc26f44499c8561e330e30d9721c2ec66ead
