mojo/shared: Allow additional MOJOM_GEN flags In this case, I added an extra argument for catchall arguments to be sent to the mojom generator. --generate-type-info is one such argument that the v23proxy needs. MultiPart: 2/2 Change-Id: I020a530bafd16e6f3b6dd191291ee5d74641da80
