playground/client: Determine backend address from client address. Backend host is obtained from client host by replacing 'playground' with 'pgapi'. Disabled backend redirect by pgaddr parameter except for localhost clients. Change-Id: I3bf35139ffd636f0c30d7c96792ef9704a9442c3
