sensorlog_lite: Run measuring scripts at appropriate intervals. Implements starting and stopping workers for each stream. A worker runs the measuring script every interval and calls the callback, until cancelled. Change-Id: Ic20c536fc5ac8e0576c8ceb02c7ce0b8770be025
