syncbase: query: more code cleanup - Change the code path for evaluating type and key expresssions such that if follows the same path as value expressions. - Change TypLiteral to TypStr so string literal matches the other literals. Change-Id: I9a49b2bbe6a2d24433e10c37689e4fdd88731896
