syncbase: syncQL: key prefixes bugfix When iterating over sorted key prefixes to eliminate prefixes already convered by a shorter prefix, the code was considering the previous prefix. It needs to consider the last prefix that was not thrown away. A test has been added for this. Change-Id: Id4c65fed91ec3ac718aab419bc095dc9164f6666
