syncbase: query: Implement query exec with streaming. Implement streaming of result sets, implement limit and offset. Flesh out and separate interfaces required to be implemented by consumers of query into the query_db package. Fix bug where the compiled regex was being lost for like expressions involving fields in value. Change-Id: Id67b06d28088f4a6f5cab8b09c6e748201a951c0
