Syncbase JS tests: use a /tmp dir for syncbase storage. This is needed in preparation to integrating the blob store in Syncbase. The blob store will create directories/files on disk, so this passes Syncbase a root directory under /tmp. Change-Id: Idff29e737ae95c130102cb0ebabc57c22216ca63
